Try it at Red Gravy in Nola on Camp St. It may change your opinion of it.

Ground meat chili, especially with beans (give me cubed brisket!)
Chicken pot pie
Breakfast sausage and Italian sausage (I think it's the fennel and marjorum)
Beer brewed with Belgian yeast. Has a weird aftertaste to me, and yes I've tried some of the best
Meat loaf - it's OK sometimes but often I am not a fan
Bananas in any form other than raw (cooked, blended, etc...)

And to those who don't "get" fried shrimp - your dumb.

A fried shrimp poboy is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy.

Yeah I love some good fried shrimp. Not some bullshite like you get at red lobster. Give me a plate of good local fried jumbo shrimp and I'm in heaven

This. People just don't understand that they're just chicken nuggets essentially. But restaurants pitch it to people that it's just like eating wings without the hassle of the bone to eat around.

I'll add Lettuce Wraps

I like both foods. So, I'd have to go in in the morning. Order. East the waffles. Read the paper and wait for 11:30. Eat the chicken

Yeah, who are these people who enjoyed fried chicken breast meat dipped in hot sauce

Oh, me. And most people. Because they're great.

Not a "wing". And 95% of those boneless wings are frozen garbage.

I agree. I suppose I can appreciate the dish for what it is, but I hate that it has become this ubiquitous sort of "southern" dish. 20 years ago, you would never find it on a menu in Louisiana.

Gimme a properly done New Orleans BBQ shrimp any day and leave the grits on the breakfast menu.

Stuffed Bell Peppers. Just a Pinterest recipe that looks pretty. They are hard to eat fall apart and are never cooked right.
