I will say it one more time. My dogs bark when they see somebody close to my yard. Theay are not barking all day long. Someone walks in the neighbor's yard they bark for about a minute and shut up.

If it were my yard, it'd be completely fenced in and the dogs would run free.
As long as the dogs aren't barking all day long at someone I see no problem here whatsoever.
