Not photoshopped, but he's holding the snake
very close to the camera which really screws
with the depth you see in picture. There are
lots of pictures out there of people holding
snakes and all of them claim that they caught
and killed the world largest _ _ _ _ _ _ snake.

This is an Eastern Diamondback, and those can
get HUGE. I've seen several 6-7 footers before
and spoke with the guy in Edisto Island SC who
actually caught the largest one of them recorded
(at least as of 2008). it was 8+ feet. I think
this one is just another big EDB that looks much
bigger because of the way the guy is presenting
it

Not shopped, but it's a skewed perspective for sure.

Yup, and chicken boy is pretty damn short too! He can barely see over the bed of the truck.

This. Something just seems unnatural about it.

They either tried to sharpen the image of just the snake, or they did manipulate it. There is a lot of pixel variation along the edges of the snake.

I zoomed in on the edges of the snake, and it looks like it's been altered. Just not sure in which way

I agree. Something about contrast/scale doesn't fit, and I should know, I never get it right.

BS. You may have been told that, but it skewed for sure. I keep snakes. 8ft easter diamondback is as big as they get. And that would be a freakin monster.

What's wrong with keeping snakes. I have experience with several types of snakes. I've owned mostly constrictors. Pythons in particular but have experience with Cobras, Mambas (both of which had venom removed), gaboon vipers, and rattle snakes.
