Twiddling my thumbs and hoping the Browns start sending him out on routes again

However, thinking about it, many tight ends are that way - won't do much of anything, then on two drives will rack up catches and scores.

This is true. But what Cameron such an elite TE was that he was the 1st or 2nd option for that team. Not too many TEs are the 1st or 2nd option. I can only think of Gronk, Graham, and now Jordan Reed emerging.

Plus, its just weird that the Browns all of a sudden are using him differently.

Yes, the exception to that are definitely Graham and Gronk. I too thought Cameron would be also. It's really just an inexplicable refusal to target him (or even have him run routes) that popped up int he last 2-4 weeks since Hoyer went down.

It's much like the Ravens refusal to give the ball to Rice more than a few times a game.

I'd like to move him for someone of value, but the problem is that he was virtually unknown coming into the season and those who knew him are now concerned.

(I find a lot of people just don't know a lot about players. The same idiot I mentioned earlier has no idea who Gio Bernard is. When he said no to Sproles and Cameron, I said Cameron and Gio. He was like "Who"? Then thought he was from the jets, then the ravens. I just said forget it and walked away. It's even worse with people who don;t play fantasy. My father in law bets large $$ all over the NFL, watches redzone all day, both games on, and follows on his computer, but doesn't play fantasy. He has no idea who half the players are).

the offensive line in Cleveland has played poorly in Cleveland, so Cameron is blocking more.

...Hoyer handled it better.

J. Cam is still the #2 option on that team, and they will try to get him involved if they can/if the line allows
