In my league my brothers team already has julio, AP, McCoy

Other team has Dez (inj), Hyde, Lynch

My bro picked up Terrance Williams off of the wire last week. He then convinces the other guy to trade lynch for williams to make up for the Dez injury. Are we wrong for vetoing for the sake of the league.

Yes. You guys are absolutely wrong. That is not collusion. You are not fortune tellers. It is entirely possible that Williams out scores Lynch. Hell he scored more than double the points of Lynch today. I would be absolutely pissed if I were one of those traders. Heck the guy getting Lynch may have changed his mind after today if Romo didn't get hurt.

You don't veto because someone is an idiot.

You hurt your league by doing this. If I were in it I wouldn't come back after this season.

A waiver wire WR is worth a 1st round RB.

Said no one ever.

I am almost always against a veto unless there is collusion involved. However, I am torn here because of how incredibly stupid this trade is. The fact that your brother has other great players on his team already is irrelevant. But at some point, the competitive spirit of the league needs to be protected, in my opinion.

While I would consider finding another league next year, if I paid to be in this league then I would probably veto it. Its a bullshite trade, and I would raise hell over it.

What if he convinced this idiot that Lynch for Cole Beasley was a good trade? Or Lynch for Devin Street? Or what if he convinced him that Randy Moss would come out of retirement soon and got him to agree to that? At some point it is so stupid that it needs to be vetoed. No one wants to play in a league where dumb shite like that is allowed.

I'm torn on whether Terrance Williams with Weeden at the helm is the breaking point, but it's close.

LOL at the "must be collusion to veto" crowd

Are you going to go through people's texts to prove something is collusion? Or just never veto anything?

This is borderline because Williams is a bit of an unknown and has potential...but substitute Williams for Cole Beasley or Allen Hurns and that trade needs to be vetoed. Extremely lopsided trades hurt the league as a whole.

I don't care if a kicker was traded for Lynch...if there is no collusion, a trade should never be vetoed. Let the shitty manager learn from his mistakes.

It is not the leagues job to determine whether or not a trade should be made or not, except in the case of collusion. That's a chicken shite move by you and the rest of the league imo.
