12 team ppr

Qb Fields/stafford
RB Ekeler/Breece Hall/Achane, Lat Murray, Zeke, T spears
WR Davante, Calvin Ridley, Jaylen Waddle, Downs
TE Hock

I don't know why I'm considering this trade but something in my gut is telling me it will pay off.

Coming In: Juedy, Bijan
Going Out: Ekeler, Ridley

He did tell me feel free to counter but I'm not sure I have anything close value wise to replace Ridley or Ekeler.. Ekeler just reagrravating injury, getting older. Bijan is young and athletic but he just had that weird outing Sunday...

What do I do? Any advice input analysi would be greatly appreciated

Why would you even think of doing this? Is it a dynasty or keeper league?

Jeudy is unstartable right now imo unless he gets traded. Hell I just sent him to waivers in my 10man league. I know Ridley is not doing much better but feel he’s in a better position to turn things around. What other receivers does he have? Seems like you’d be downgrading at both positions making that trade.

I’d go with your gut.

Just not on this trade.

Is Ridley? At least with Jeudy, you know not to start him.

Still wouldn’t do that trade. If you’re willing to part with Ek, you can do better.

frick no

I’d bet on Ridley eventually becoming consistent on a team with a good qb actually playing for something.

Okay. Thanks for everyone's input. I knew it was a bad gut feeling that's why I'm asked. I'm just worried that ekeler is going to stay in this perennial get hurt, come back, ease into the rotation, get hurt.. rinse repeat. He's got a lot of tread on his tires. The injuries just worry me and the fact that they still give Kelly a lot of carries. Hell maybe sunday was an anomaly

Your concerns about Ekeler are not without merit. I just think you can trade Ekeler straight up for most people without giving up the better WR also.

Yeah I agree with you on that.. but how much is Calvin Ridley worth right now?

Envision a 2nd scenario where I am only trading Ridley? What can I expect to get back..

I have waddle and Devante to hold down the 1 and 2.
If bijan were to come to life him and breece hall would be a great random. I’ve got hock at tight end. Would just need achane to come back and rule the flex.

I agree it’s a bad trade but it seemed more consistent than what I have now. My league is really weird right now. Like you are either 4-3 or winless. The other teams are about equal so I just wanted consistency

I traded Ridley and Mike Williams after week 1 for Ja’Marr Chase. Feeling really good about that now.

For sure. But you can likely do better.
