Which two to start in a standard league?

Debating on benching Andre Johnson and moving to Hilton from my flex to my wr2 with Dez as wr1 and putting McKinnon in my flex with Lamar Miller and Arisn Foster as my rb1 and 2.

Johnson hasn't really been a are contributor, And has steadily declined in yards for two weeks now.

Thoughts?
