With the 80th pick the jets select Cody latimar. wr Indiana. Late riser. Kiper has him going in the first in his new mock. Wanted him for saints but jets need weapons. 6'2 215 4.4 speed great hands. Adding him and nicklas along with decker makes the jets offense all of a sudden at least respectable.

With the 81st pick in NFL Draft the Miami Dolphins select...
Gabe Jackson, OG, Mississippi St.
Dolphins were faced with a tough dilemma here with a few stud RBs left to take, but what good is a RB if he doesn't have a line to block for him.

That's great value. Seen him as a top 3 guard

In the 3rd round Chicago selects...
Pierre Desir, CB, 6-1, 198, Lindenwood
They find Peanut Tillman's heir apparent with this pick. A taller cornerback who takes the ball away and who is perfect for the system they run.

With the 83rd pick in the 2014 NFL Draft the Cleveland Browns select...
Bashaud Breeland, CB, Clemson
Great size for a CB, very fluid and smooth. Good ball skills and equally good run support. Slightly below average straight line speed and injuries knocked his stock down a little, but the Browns would be thrilled to have him as their 5 player selected in this draft.

With pick 85 Green Bay selects...
Bruce Ellington, WR, 5-9, 197 from S. Carolina
Another weapon given to Aaron Rodgers, he'll be good especially against zone defense and fits what Green Bay does offensively. He is cousins with Arizona running back Andre Ellington.

Well heres on player that has been invited to the NFL Draft and we havet picked him in this mock yet
This guy has shot up the draft boards like crazy
quote:
Pittsburgh QB Tom Savage has declined an invitation to attend the NFL Draft. Savage has generated significant buzz in recent weeks, so the fact he received an invitation confirms just how high his stock is among NFL decision makers. He's scheduled to visit or work out for as many as 25 teams before the draft. SI's Peter King considers Savage a potential fit for the Texans at No. 33 overall.

I never fell for 'late-bloomers'. What makes him a fringe 1st round pick now vs what people saw a few months ago. Why was he not considered none then?

The closer you get to draft time, the less the teams look at game tape and the more they look at players who look awesome in shorts.

Yep. That's why I still Havnt and won't buy into the Bortles hype. He wasn't in any "experts" top 10 much less first round in the middle of the season. The all of the sudden around bowl season and off-season he magically got a shite ton better and is a potential #1 overall pick? GTFOH

Bortles impressed the hell out of me when i saw him play. I was on his bandwagon after the game he played vs USCe

There's just something about him
