The move to $125 increases the overall total to $3000; $2850 to pay out after the RTS fee.

My vote would be to spread the money extra money among the existing categories.
Maybe:
$1,400 champ
$600 second place
$250 third place
$300 x 2 regular season champs

3Rd out of 24. We have a lot of money. Imo it's worth more than getting your money back. 250 is a fair number.

I think lowest overall scoring team should get their money back. You know, so I will have the funds for next year and feel like I accomplished something.

It was $250 out of $2250 the last three years.
I just went added $200 to the champeen, $100 to second, and $150 x 2 to each regular season winner. I felt like that deserved the biggest increase.
I have no problem with $2250 going to playoff success. You have to build teams that perform in December. I earned byes in 2012 and 2014, but I walked away with nothing cause my team flopped in week 14.

Also, it is mid July and preseason does not begin for a month. We can discuss the payout because there definitely could be better options than my arbitrary numbers.
