when someone picks you to be in their division it will then be your turn to pick someone

wait for your name to get picked to find out which conference you will be in, Tiger or Droppings. After your name is picked, someone from the other conference will pick. Then it will be your turn to pick a name to be placed in your conference.

Then SFP's pick goes, then CE's pick, ETC.
