Gents, I'm slammed at work and won't be able to put much focus into this offseason for next month or so.
If someone wants to take lead on commish'n this thing (i.e. facilitating feedback on rule changes, posting clear polls to vote, running the lottery, etc), that'd be appreciated.
I know you are all impatient f's, so don't want to hold up progress.
