Can I get a ruling so I don't get fussed at in future weeks?

Do what you like would be my opinion but others disagree. If ESPN doesn't enforce "illegal lineups" and there isn't someone designated to checking every lineup each day, kinda hard to complain about getting some "unfair advantage".
Felix and Gio were my only starters to get early week starts, so I made sure to get them in well before the week started.

frick you. no it was not. dont lump we in with frickin astro fans. the daily astro thread wasnt a thing. the only daily baseball thread at the time was the DRT
it was during the saints super bowl season and it was just basically "That Fantasy Baseball League so we went with Dat Fantasy Baseball League"
