He gets credit for those games, but the suspension is for 10 games, not 10 weeks. I think bye is week 11. Suspension lasts 11 weeks including the bye, and he's back after that which is week 12.

Eta: I now see the bye is actually week 4. It doesn't change the arithmetic.

All I gotta say is, if AP gets on the field before JG, I'm taking this thing to Washington.

With Gordon pleading guilty to the DWI charge, does this bump it up to 12 weeks?

If it's 12 games, I might have to go ahead and drop him. In a 12 team league with such a shallow bench it does more harm than good IMO.

What the hell? Why would he plead guilty to being .01 over?

And yea, I think this will add two additional games on top of his existing 10.

Lawyers probably have deal struck with the league.. This was just part of it. 10 game suspension still imo

If it's 12 games I'll drop him in the league that I have only 4 bench spots.

For those of you in your shallow leagues (like myself - 4 bench). Whats your fear of dropping him? I dropped him after realizing he won't be back till week 12, possibly 13/14. Everyone else in your league is suffering from limited bench spots as well. The chances of anyone picking him up AND KEEPING him should be slim. Once by weeks and injuries start kicking in, he should be dropped again, and you can snag him again in week fish. Gotta get to the playoffs first.

That being said... hopefully the guy who snags him isn't number 1 like in my league.

Prosecutor might not be willing to make a deal due to the national spotlight.

Could it also be that he might had some weed with him in the vehicle? Or maybe in his system? Plead guilty or get additional charges.
