He'll be lining up against the Falcons, Bills, Colts, Bengals, and then Panthers for Weeks 12-16. If the Browns are as good on offense as they've been the first two weeks, I could see him going off on most of these teams minus the Bengals and Panthers... Hoyer has looked good behind that oline with a solid running game. Transition should be ok IMO.
They just need to finalize those papers~

So he gets a 10 game suspension but doesn't come back until week 12. Does he not get credit for time served in weeks 1 and 2? Am I missing something? So he's really serving a 12 game suspension?

Well can you please inform me what I"m missing because in my book of time served a 10 game suspension means he should be playing against Houston in week 11?
