There is no head-to-head.
Every week all 12-teams play against each other.
The top 6 scoring teams get a win that week.
The others get a loss that week.
It takes some weekly management to make this happen because h2h is the default.
After all the weekly scores are in, the commish or a delegate, changes the h2h matchups to make the top 6 winners over the bot 6.
It's a great format IMO and actually increases the talk and attention throughout all the games.

I like the format a lot. My first experience was in TDFL last season. And even though DJ30 is at me right now?!? TDFL is a good league.
In Top6/Bot6 you end up rooting against multiple opponents each week instead of just one. On top of that, you eliminate the h2h losing 180-179 and other teams win their h2h with 95 points.
