How do y'all suggest I use this advantage? From my understanding I get first dibs on any free agent I want and once I use it I go to last on the priority list. Should I wait and use it after an injury/circumstance leads to a clear cut "must add"? Are there any players that week 1 distinguished themselves as must adds in your opinion? Or should I just fill my bench with potential that best fits my teams needs.

Tarik Cohen especially if youre in a PPR league

I think Jordan Howard is good but overrated. The Bears will be playing from behind all year. Cameron Meredith and now Kevin White are both out for the year and they need playmakers. Trubisky will take over at some point this year and we typically see rookies throw more check down routes to TEs and RBs.

Also Jordan Howard dropped a sure TD late in the 4th.

Cohen is the guy

Typically there are a lot of hyped players who pop off in week 1 who can't sustain it, and you are better off saving your waiver priority. However, if you are in a PPR format then I think Tarik Cohen is probably worth the priority. I might just be letting myself buy into the hype though.

Kenny Golladay might be worth researching if you're weak at WR.

I am very weak at WR. Golliday looks like a stud

Golden Tate, Marvin Jones, Theo Riddick and Eric Ebron are still on that team. Not to mention he had only 4 catches of Stafford's 29 completions.

Golliday is good but a pure flier in my eyes

Definitely don't make your mind up now. That is why I said research Golladay. Still have 4 more teams to play. Kamara could be a good waiver wire pickup or even Brandon Coleman. Plus, there were some key injuries. I don't think Allen Burns was drafted in our league. He's going to be the #1 WR there.

I hear you its early in the season. But I still need to see more on Golladay to be convinced. Allen Hurns might be a good pickup but you've still got Bortles throwing the football + Hurns will now be going up against team's #1 CBs. And Coleman's stats will be skewed because Snead is out for 3 games

All I'm saying is that with the information we have right now, I think Cohen has the highest percentage to make the biggest impact. And he's probably available in all leagues

Worth mentioning that Golladay has a much different physical profile then Tate or Jones. 6'4" 220 compared to midget Tate and 6'0" Jones

Oh yeah, I agree, I'm just throwing some names out there. Cooper Cupp and Nelson Agholor are a couple of other guys to look into.

The problem is that by the time that you see enough to be convinced it will be too late. You have to jump on these things while there is still risk, or you will have missed the train.

I don't really think he's overrated. I mean you don't here him mentioned with the other big names despite basically leading the league in rushing for a good portion of the season on a shite team that often abandoned the run. Think the two will compliment each other well. Cohen is also TINY and 13 touches/week is a lot. What would make cohen REALLY attractive is if they lined him up a lot at wr and he got that designation.

I kept Howard at the cost of a 13th rounder. I'm debating on using my 1 spot on cohen but I have it until I use it and just not sure he's worth it with my other rbs being gillislie, hunt, macaffery, Kamara.

In addition to White, B Cunningham also went down with an injury, which is good news for Cohen owners.

The Bears have no other choice but to use Cohen/Howard as much as possible. I think both are safe plays (as safe as you can be in a Bears offense) going forward.
