hasn't been playing the OF this year. Will lose the eligibility, I believe.

Morales sat out all three games over the weekend for the same reason.

Dude has 10 games at 1B, so he'll retain eligibility at least. Pujols is going to lose it most likely.

Cleveland Indians relief pitcher Andrew Miller left Monday night's game with a reaggravated knee injury. He had missed most of August with patellar tendinitis, and he reggravated the injury in just his second appearance since returning from the disabled list. It's likely Miller will be forced to return to the disabled list and he may pitch sparingly until the playoffs. Unfortunately, he's unlikely to make an impact in fantasy leagues again this season if he lands on the DL again.

I was pissed when I couldn't land him on the deadline, but that looks to be a blessing in disguise.

Congrats, papz! Very nice season.

I've been in Asheville for a few days so I've been out of the loop. Good luck, gyno.

After exiting Monday's game early due to injury, Miller (knee) said he believes he'll be fine, SportsTime Ohio reports.
Analysis: The big lefty sounds optimistic that he'll avoid going back on the DL after re-aggravating the same injury that put him on the shelf earlier this month. However, his status will be determined by the team, and word of Miller's immediate future should become available prior to Tuesday's game against Boston.

I guess we'll see... but Cleveland is looking good in the standings, so if they're smart they take it very easy with Miller until the playoffs.

The shite that people get worked up over.

Have you seen my staff lately? McCullers in down. Folty has gone to shite. I have to look at options on the wire. Pivetta is a gamble. You should want me to start his weak arse.

It really is. I felt good at one point with CarMart, McCullers, Rodon, Straily, and Folty (when he was pitching good). Losing MCCullers and Folty going to shite really changed my staff. Not enough depth I guess.

I am not worked up. It's a systematic problem, I am not blaming you, just using this as an example. Been trying to bring the issue to light all year so maybe the committee will at least discuss it at a board meeting

And Pivetta isn't a gamble when you have a 5.30 after 17 IP. That's the point, it's a mindless move with no consequence. And you have 4 more moves. It's not like I can even churn your possible move bc any shitty pitcher will suffice

The real problem is that nobody has brought up a realistic alternative.
