Explain to me how someone who hasn't played a snap in the NFL is going top 10, hell even first round in fantasy drafts? I get the fact that the Cowboys have one of the best o-lines in the NFL along with WR threats, but I still don't see how people are taking him that high?

Explain to me how there have already been fantasy drafts.

Also your sentence is a request, not a question.

Dallas has a nasty O-line and people like a mystery.

Explain to me is the beginning of a question, not a request.

I think people are putting him that high because the opportunity is there to put up big numbers. It's no secret the Cowboys are gonna run the ball. Pre season rankings are all opinion based there is no sample size yet to go by.

Hasn't played a snap in the NFL, unproven, hasn't played a snap in the NFL, biggest sample size is what he did in the B1G and we saw how Melvin Gordon did his rookie year after the numbers he put up with Wisconsin. Have I mentioned that he hasn't played a snap in the NFL yet?

There's always a trendy player come this time. Elliot seems to be the one right now. Could he go off? Sure.

All Day ran for 1300+ yards and 12 TDs his rookie season. Rookie RBs aren't generally limited by an NFL learning curve.

Do you want to be convinced or is your mind made up?

Your reasoning is very poor, idk if you're open to schooling

fantasy sports are as much about the opportunity or situation as it is about the player themselves. It does not even take a stud RB to put up great numbers behind that OL. Elliott is an elite talent. sky is the limit.

You're right, my mind is pretty much made up. I hope Elliott does well, I like watching him run.

It's almost as if running backs have a history of being productive fantasy contributors as rookies. Take one who's incredibly talented and playing behind arguably the best line in the NFL with little competition to carries...well, you do the math.

Melvin Gordon

Not trying to say Melvin will not be any good, but if there is any such thing as a system RB, it's a Wisconsin RB. Look at some of the studs (numbers wise) that they have produced.

Ron Dayne..........#1 NCAA all time
Montee Ball........#14 NCAA all time
Melvin Gordon......#26 NCAA all time
Anthony Davis......#38 NCAA all time

And none of them have really done anything in the NFL. Like I said I will reserve my judgement on Gordon.

RB is one of the easier positions to transition to from college to pro, especially if said RB has the ability to pick up the blitz.
