Need some help guys. I can only start 2 of the 3 and unsure of who to go with. All seem like good options but need to finish strong. Standard scoring non PPR. TIA

Williams @ Cincy
Shady @ Philly
Forte vs Washington

Williams and shady, and I think it's a fairly easy choice. Forte is in rbbc.

Not as easy of a choice as you think. And not really a RBBC.

Forte had 26, let me repeat, 26 touches last week. Cincy and Washington are pretty similar against RBs (fantasy wise). However, Cincy has only given up 2 rushing touchdowns to RBs while Washington has given up 5.

If it were me, I would be leaning Shady/Forte. But would probably flip a coin at game time.

LeShady McCoy wants to shove sick up Chips ads so he's a lock.

Id take Forte 2nd.

Forte had 58% of touches by a rb for the bears. That's a rbbc. Against the 2nd worst defense against rb's. Rb's might get less touches against a decent defense against the run.

Idgaf what hes in, if hes getting 26 touches that's more than most backs in the league. Averaging 21 touches since he's been back I'll take that everyday of the week.

Except when other rb's are also getting a lot of touches and you are in a rbbc you can't count on getting a set proportion or amount of touches. All it takes is going with a hot hand or certain situational play calling to greatly reduce touches. Like playing a stronger defense where a team doesn't run as much and getting the same proportion of touches leads to less total touches. Like the week before when Forte only had 16 touches.

AP is the league leader in average touches per game and he gets like 19 on average. If 16 touches is a down week (which was also his first week back from injury)that's still pretty damn good man.

Forte played 55% of the snaps last week

Carey and Langford got the rest

Forte played 84% of the teams snaps before his injury

Langford got 74% when he took over

There are quotes out of Chicago from Forte and Gase praising the split backfield they've ran the past few weeks

Yup. 16 touches and 53 total yards and losing redzone touches to other rb's is pretty damn good. Give me the guy who still gets the majority of his team's rb touches and scoring opportunities.

It's not really an indictment to not play forte

Williams is getting all the looks on the 2nd best offense in the league. McCoy has looked like his old self

In standard scoring, I'll ask "who is the better bet for 100 yards and a TD?" Mccoy has went over 94 yards total the past 7 games in a row with some TDs mixed in, Williams is a top 10 RB and has only started like 6 games; he's 100 or TDs in every game. Hey I just say why not them?
