This guy did and needs a beer.

Maclin had a 7th round ADP on ESPN. It's not unreasonable for him to be someone's fourth WR if they went WR heavy. In a 10 team PPR league, I own Mega, Cobb, Jordan Matthews, and Maclin. I started Maclin this week, but only because of weather concerns for Matthews.
