Brandon Lafell status?

He just got dropped in my league and I got a waiver on him I'm hoping clears. When is he expected back? I can't find anything clear on the internet anywhere.

Blount is only out one game so that won't do much. Although I don't trust anyone in that offense until week 5 when Brady is back.

I've more than owned up to that blunder I had too much faith in Aaron Dobson. You've had a couple things like that break the other way against you as well, it happens
Just dropping Lafell for Wayne is dumb. Wayne might end up being a good contributor in some situations but I don't he's ever fantasy relevant this year. Lafell will be back eventually and slide back into his WR2-3 role of last year

I don't think dropping LaFell for Wayne is a "dumb" move, it is a matter of preference/opinion. I just see more upside for Wayne than I do see for LaFell for THIS year. Now if I was a LSU homer sure I would of kept LaFell, but I'm not. GO NOLES!

Wayne is a role player at this stage in his career. He's not passing Lafell on the depth chart as a 36 year old WR that comes in a week before the season starts
And it has nothing to do with being an LSU homer

I wouldn't roster him unless it was a super big league
That passing game only gave fantasy value to Gronk, Lafell, Edlemen, and Vereen on a somewhat consistent basis
3 of those guys are back or will be back and Wayne isn't going to be the one to replace Vereens production
I do think Scott Chandler might become a viable option though. Especially early on with Lafell out

I agree. I've always looked at Wayne as a seasoned veteran insurance policy should one of the starters goes down. Buys them a year for the younger guys.
ETA: A.Luck said Wayne was instrumental in helping him develop into a professional level QB. Could be that the Pats are looking for this insight with Garapalo (sp).

Wayne won't be a huge factor at this point. Chad Johnson showed you can't just plug and play into any system. Wayne wasn't great last year. Now he had a new team and system and he is old enough to run for president.
I've never heard anyone call Lafell JoJo but I'll take your word for it.
