Well they definitely lack offensive playmakers, much like the Chargers last year. Mccluster fits that Woodhead profile though I think

is their any running backs drafted in the 5th round, that are a sure bet for 1000 yds and >6 tds?

i feel like RB2 is the new flex and you should just load up on 3 good wrs

I wouldn't mind getting Sankey at value.

But like was said earlier, everyone is all over him and he is gonna get drafted too high in a lot of drafts.

Bad team and apparently Greene looks good so far.

Another Pac 10/12 RB that racked up yards in a quick offense - see LeMichael James. Curious if his skill set will translate to NFL. Much better opportunity with his team than James in SF, bc he has no competition.

Bottom line(10 team league)...4th RB at best on draft day, but has upside. Great if he is your #5. Keeper league gets him an extra point.

PS...Keep in mind, Mett might be starting QB come ff playoffs and Mett's RB was better in college

Eta...Hyde in SF is the RB you looking for come FF playoffs. Bishop will be hurt. Hyde will start bc Gore is old.

Is he a big back? Elusive type? I know he played for the Huskies, but I'm not too familiar with him.

Player Overview
Sankey joins the NFL after never having missed a game in college. It's worth noting that rookie running backs are statistically the most likely players to get injured in a season.

On that special "welcome to the NFL rookie" or w/e it's called, he was featured. He literally rehabbed his hammy and did light wind sprints the entire time he was on camera. In the earlier episodes he looked very explosive and worked his arse off. I like Sankey alot.

Vegas has Sankey as the favorite to win ROY

These odds were likely set prior to the injury to Kendall Hunter. The Carlos Hyde I saw last night looked like he was making his case to be in the ROY discussion. I know it's just one preseason game . . . never hurts to throw rank and unsubstantiated speculation out this early in August.

Frank Gore >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Shonne Greene

Hyde needs a major injury to gore to get the workload.

Sankey needs Greene to be Shonne Greene
