Biggest Draft Bust and Biggest Draft Success on Your Roster(s)

Also, who was your best Waiver-Wire/FA Addition.
I did 2 leagues this year.
ESPN League
Biggest Bust - Jamaal Charles 3rd Rd
Biggest Success - Willie Snead 13th Rd (performed like a mid-rd WR this year though.)
Best Addition - Jordan Howard
Yahoo League
Biggest Bust - Brandon Marshall 2nd Rd
Biggest Success - Dak Prescott 10th Rd (Yahoo lied to me, after the draft, they gave me an A, but that draft in actuality sucked hard.)
Best Addition - Jordan Howard...with Marcus Mariota being a close 2nd.

Addition - Ajayi. I was able to package him with Rivers/Julio to get Rogers/Zeke/D. Adams. It saved my season.

Trade Addition: traded kyle rudolph and arian foster for mike evans after the third week
Free Agency Addition: Derek Carr, i know he's had a couple rough weeks but i picked him up in F.A. after week 1 and havent looked back

My first 4 rounds were: Dez, McCoy, Newton, Watkins (2nd to last pick/snake draft) I think in that order. David Johnson was a 5th round keeper.
I thought I was set to dominate.
Newton and Watkins I guess you can say were bust.
McCoy would probably have to be my best pick.

He's been solid. Not the ceiling of a high end RB1 that people might have hoped for, but he's been a mostly dependable start. At times around the high end rb2 and low end rb1 level. I'm satisfied with him, but I guess it depends on where you drafted him.
