Ryan

More talent around him and a much weaker division

I don't see Luck throwing for 30+ TD

well since luck threw for 23 as a rookie i would say he would have no problem doing it.. as for ryan he has only threw for 30 in one season in his career so not a major difference. The difference would be passing on a better rb/wr taking ryan. Much more difference there. Take luck later and dont look back

I hate Ryan, but I'd probably go with him in this spot.

Could also go with Romo, or RWilson in that spot I bet, no reason to talke a QB early this year one of the most loaded QB drafts in a long time.

100% Matt Ryan, but if you can get luck 4-5 rounds later he is a better value.

A lot of lucks stats last year came in shootout games or when trailing, I expect his number to dip this year with an improved defense and run game .

re: Andrew Luck or Matt Ryan
What's more likely? The guy who threw for 32 and 29 the last two years with better weapons to throw for 30 again or the second year guy with less impressive targets to add +7 to his TD total this year?
