I was going to use them all up then save Truex but for some dumb reason I moved him to bench for Mac and Larson.
But I only fell 1 spot tied 15.

I had Truex, Stewart and Logano on my bench yesterday. I wasn't the happiest person after the race.

As many of y'all know my stated goal is to not be last. But I have won 2 weeks, by sure luck. So I consider this first ever fantasy game has been somewhat a success and most importantly fun.

A 300+ is a great score at a plate track. I'd be very happy with that. If you watched the race, you know that one wrong turn in the pack can take out a lot of cars. That's what makes plate racing so unpredictable. It takes a lot of luck to do well at these races. That's why I don't think Talladega should be in the Chase. I'd replace it with a road track.

Did you guys watch? It was pretty fun.
The NBC announcers sucked but for the most part the camera work was ok.
The view from inside some of the rear cars as a "big one" was happening was straight out of Days of Thunder, nothing but smoke ahead but staying on the gas. Scary.

The race this week in Kentucky will be difficult to pick. Last year after the NASCAR race there, they completely tore up the track and put down a new one. More banking was added to some of the turns. Past performance there may not mean a lot. It's basically a new track. Also, NASCAR will run the low downforce package there.
Deadline to get your picks in this week is midnight Friday (CDT) so get em in Thursday.
