A corrupt criminal leading a group of already corrupt criminals after another corrupt possible criminal leaves office is status quo. Throw a loon in there and who knows what happens.

Are you more comfortable with the status quo of a corrupt government and just afraid of what might happen if someone comes in that wants to get rid of the corruption in our government altogether then? Just trying to understand.

I hope someone does come along that will actually change the status quo for the better, I just do not believe Trump is that man. So, I'm going with the shitty yet IMO safer option.

Tell me one way your day to day life will change if Hillary gets elected. Just one.

by appointing supreme court justices that will have "creative" interpretations of the constitution (see Obamacare)

Above mentioned justices will rule heavily against 2nd amendment rights, so the kinds of firearms I have may be outlawed, or at least banned from being purchased new, and furthermore I might be legally obligated to register them (which I won't). So overnight I will become a felon for no good reason at all.

She will almost certainly do her best to enact a single payer health care system which I vehemently oppose

Should I continue?

It won't. And that will be the problem.

Healthcare needs reform, I think we can all agree on that. She won't change it. There is a possibility of two Supreme Court justice seats being open in the next two terms. Depending on where you stand on things like abortion, gay rights, and immigration, this could affect you the rest of your life.

Please don't make this about emails, gender, or rhetoric.

Because despite all that she's still a far better alternative than Donald Trump.

Possible, but dependent on the cases that they receive

Doubtful, and again dependent upon the cases said court receives. So many IFs and MAYBEs.

Fair, and something I also oppose, but this won't get done in 4 or God-forbid 8 years of Clinton, and will be largely dependent on Congress.

Most of these will never affect the day-to-day of anyone on this board, but I guess some of you might lose sleep knowing an immigrant lives somewhere within the same imaginary border as you?

I actually think they could end up going down if Obama's failed system gets reworked. Not sure though.
