Dooky Chase will be near Concourse C, while Ye Olde College Inn is planned for Concourse D.
Interdasting. Better than an airport Lucky Dog I suppose.

Finally they are improving the food quality in the airport.
It amazes me to think that every city's airport is basically the tip of the spear when it comes to introducing the city to someone, and NOLA's airport for so long has been such a dismal failure in that regard.

Ricks needs a location in Concourse C IMO.

I take the opposite belief. If MSY was an airport with a lot of connecting flights (a la Charlotte and Atlanta) than yes, a good airport with food is a necessity. But the fact is most people are flying into New Orleans and want to get into the city immediately to start eating or drinking. Or they are flying out and ate before heading to the airport.
Most of the world's great destinations have shitty airports. Its a sign of a good city, in my opinion.

This. Not many people are connecting through NOLA

I see what you're saying, but I still think the NOLA airport is substandard.

Ehh to me, do planes land and take off from the airport? Is there a climate controlled place to wait for your plane?
Those are my only two requirements for an airport, and even the last one can be overlooked for most Caribbean islands.

It is substandard in the sense of getting direct flights to and from it
