Bicep workout help needed.

Been back lifting for a couple of months now. Seeing good toneage.
One question that I have always had. Why can I not get the outer bicep to be more defined? Most of the added muscle in my bicep in on the inside and top.
But even when I was young and worked out a lot, I still had this issue.
Anyone suggest a cure? Different grip? Different exercise?

Sounds like you are sweating the small stuff.
I really like plate curls, FWIW.
