he may let his laundry mildew before drying it every time. i know people that do that. distinct smell every time.

Military answer: Drag his arse to a shower, throw him in, and use push brooms and buckets of soapy water. I may or may not have looked the other way when some of my NCOs decided to use this method on a Specialist who decided he didn't need to shower.

That reminds me of an old thread that had a couple of guys trying to come up with phrases about dot and feather, they kept it going and going. It was almost as good as the annoyatron and yeye.
