Ya, I doubt he goes down. If he does, it is going to be saving someone else or something along those lines.

I believe he will. Dany flies in to save the group before they are overrun, Jorah is mortally wounded and dies after they get back to safety, Jon is there to comfort her.

Opening credits for that episode just show a snow covered Westeros with The Inn at the Crossroads as the only location.

Exactly. I don't understand why people have him going down. On top of the fact that trying to catch a wight is the dumbest fricking idea ever, its nearly an impossible task. Plus the last time they tried to bring a piece of a wight from The Wall to King's Landing, it rotted and de-animated. Jorah is there to convince Dany that the White Walkers are real because the mission is going to go to shite.

RIP to Beric, Thoros, and the 3 dudes walking behind the Magnificent Seven out of the tunnel.

Unless it is what makes Danny leave Dragonstone to go and whoop up on the undead.

What if Jorah becomes the wight they bring back to prove to all the other people they are real?

We have only seen one instance of them being south of the wall (unless I am mistaken), and the ones we saw were brought back to Castle Black "dead" and actually changed / resurrected south of the wall. Do we even know for sure they can be brought south of the wall?

Side note: What happens if this is actually the Night King's plan? What if (like Bran and the tree), the only way to break the magic barrier of the wall is to bring back a wight and Jon in doing so (trying to prepare the kingdoms for the oncoming attack) actually makes the attack possible? Kind of like the old legend / premise that Vampires must be invited into one's home, but once the seal is broken it can't be put back.

ETA: Holy crap, the next 8 episodes cannot happen fast enough. I hate reading but this damn show is making me want to binge read the entire series. (Which doesn't matter because that fat shite is behind the show now anyway.)

It's going to end up being like breaking bad. Where I don't take as many risks in life, eat right, drive a decent speed, walk away from shady fights etc to not risk dying before I see the end.

One of the dragons will be killed by the NK this week, and resurrected. I have seen no spoilers. Just a gut feeling. I just feel Ike one of them has to die this season.

Also I think the Hound dies this week

Jamie is too much of a simp to kill her now. Dude is so whipped. Not sure why people are so fascinated with this "complex" character.
