Trying to limit my meat intake for family heart disease and so far this diet is actually 1. not that hard and 2. it is pretty filling. The amount of beans take some time to get used to but not they aren't a problem

No need to limit meat. Cut out all flour and rice. Eat meat, veggies, eggs and nuts.

I did but I don't agree with the premise of cutting meat and fat decrease heart disease. When I cut bread, rice, pasta and ate "unhealthy " meats with fat and eggs all of my lipid levels drastically improved.

Why are you taking nutrition advice from a columnist in a British tabloid newspaper?
I like Dr. Gourmet, he's an actual doctor who is a proponent of a Mediterranean style diet incorporating lots of veg, unsaturated fats like olive oil, nut oils, and scratch cooking. Check out his website full of recipes and meal planners: LINK
Reducing your sugar & refined carb intake is universally beneficial, whether or not you have a history of heart disease.

Reduce your c-reactive protein. That generally means reducing carbs, reducing red meat, start exercise and take a low dose statin.
