He was MOTM in Switzerland's first two games. He's also second in passes completed at the Euros with 283 passes at 92%. He's strong in the tackle and is very accurate at long balls.

I think one of the games I watched was a friendly before the euros. I just didn't hear his name called much.

In general all the games I watched of Switzerland the announcers didn't seem to call out his name very much. He rarely dribbled forward and always seemed to want to play a pass as quickly as possible. Which explains his high passing numbers.

He is a better passing and positional player than Coquelin. I really like this signing.

Just started watching the end of this Switzerland and Poland match, and Xhaka seems to be everywhere making plays or breaking up play. Excited to see him in the line-up next season.
