Don't care, Osaka is still the shite. Stop there every time I pass through for some BBQ squid and a super crunchy roll.

I remember a few years ago, a list of the New Orleans area restaurants with the most violations. Almost every one arse in Jefferson parish, and very few in Orleans. That's when I knew which parish's health inspectors weren't talking bribes and did their job

Where's Bugs Bunny so he can saw off eastern St. Tammany from the good side?

I would like to see what a "critical violation" is. I'm sure it isn't all related to raw chicken sitting on the table.

What I find intersting is the trend at most of these, but not all. Most are way jacked between 2014 and 2015, like double or triple the amount. New inspector? Old inspectors didn't get their "roses" from the restaurants this year?
Of that list from a couple years ago, the most violations were at Ochsner Hospital.

I'd feel safer eating at these restaurants than at most rednecks kitchens.

Reminds me of the book Bad Monkey, by Carl Hiaasen.

Looks like the best rule of thumb here is: "Don't eat out in Slidell !"

Well #1 on this list's location is where someone died in the chimney many moons ago.. so maybe it's got bad luck
