Out of the Blue Cash Everyday, Premier Rewards Gold, or Everyday Preferred which would you guys prefer? Major drawbacks that anyone has experienced with these?
I want to be able to make travelling cheaper when I do but I don't want to have to travel more often just to rack up points if that makes sense.

I like charge cards, but the Everyday Preferred has a much better earnings rate.

If you buy a lot of groceries, the preferred is the way to go, even though they cap the 6% cash back rate at 6,000 spend per year now
You used to be able to go to albertsons, etc and buy gift cards to just about anywhere to increase your cash back. Because of this, they had to limit the category but it's still great for the average family.

I have a Fidelity Investment American Express credit card. No annual fee and it pays 2% on all purchases. No limits or cap. The only hooks are that it has to be linked to a Fidelity account and it credits the account every 3 months.

In Membership Rewards points?

ended up having a decent prescreened offer for the Gold Rewards card so I ended up applying and going with that one. Other than the annual fee, seems like a pretty sweet deal.

I use the cash preferred with the 6% at grocery stores.
I buy gas cards at the grocery store to indirectly get 6% back on gas.
We get enough groceries and gas to make it worth it, even with the annual fee.

Hell yes. I used 6 months worth of points (and that bonus) to pay for our flight home from Paris a few months ago. Used the bonus from an American Air MC to pay for the other leg.

No, in cash. I think you can set it up to go into any Fidelity Fund. I have mine going into a FTEXX a maniple money market mutual fund. I have transferred some of it into my trading account.
