I think he was trying to show more of the parts working. They cut some metal off the slide and frame.

Cool video. I didn't realize that much gas was ahead of the bullet as it exits the barrel. Always assumed it was behind it.

Same here. Not to mention the amount of unburnt (inefficiency) powder expelled after the round.

Don't get me wrong it is a pretty cool video but using the same shots over and over in a different order got a little bit aggravating for me.
