I hate that track and stopped betting there a while ago.

They all cheat
Take a day and watch the full cards from big tracks and small tracks. The trainers and Jockeys rob the bettors blind with their antics.
My favorite is always on speed biased tracks, u have 8 out of 9 horses have speed, and 1 horse clears by 2 lengths, going his slowest first 1/4 ever. lol Then the Speed horses sit back and try to close, on a track that u cannot make up ground on. It's always been my favorite.
The things Former Jockeys and Trainers will tell you after a few beers at one of the local watering holes near a track.

Is delta ok to play? Some of the horses that win at evd, even favorites at lot of times, blow my mind. There would have to be insider knowledge not readily available to the public for it to be a favorite. I haven't noticed that at delta so much
