Laptop Processor and Keyboard

If anyone knows, which is better and is it significant?
5th Generation Intel Core i7-5500U Processor (2.40GHz 1600MHz 4MB)Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 840M 2GB
OR
AMD Quad-Core A10-8700 Processor + AMD Radeon(TM) R7 M360 2GB Discrete Graphics (FHD display)
Also, for Lenovo, any problem with the keyboard, such as the keys falling off? Had that issue with a Dell; bought a HP and the keyboard is fine, but have been getting a cooling fan warning at startup for about a year now (right side of the laptop burst open yesterday, so I think I need a new one).
Thanks

It's close, but the Intel + dedicated GPU is likely going to be slightly better across the board. Faster single-threaded performance for sure, and uses less power. It's close enough to not matter all that much, so price and the other specs would be the determining factors if there's a significant difference there.
I've owned or extensively worked on pretty much every brand of laptop over the years and have never had this problem. I'm sure there are some differences in how keys stay latched and whatnot, but it's likely not brand-specific.

I have an intel core i7-5500U processor exactly like the one you listed and it works great. Chances are that there's unnoticeable difference between the two. I believe the intel one has a turbo boost speed of up to 3 ghz which is a pretty great processing speed.
