Pitch Perfect 2 was a disappointment.

The first being a guilty pleasure I had hopes this would be decent. It flat out sucked. It had none of the charm the other one did, the humor fell flat or was totally non-existent. The song choices in this one were very uninspired. The entire movie had one memorable scene the rest of the movie felt rushed and mailed in.

Eh. I liked it. Wasn't as good as the first and a lot of it was predictable. Some of the jokes fell flat, but overall I found it enjoyable and worth the watch. Maybe shouldn't have seen it in theaters, but otherwise, thought it was entertaining.

Agree to disagree. I was entertained. Wasn't as fresh as the first one, but worth the popcorn.

Enjoyed it more than I thought I would, but still didn't like it as much as the first one. Though that might be that 1 faaaar exceeded my expectations and 2 almost met them.

This. I wouldn't say it sucked by any means. But, I also didn't go into the 2nd one expecting it to be as good. So, I was entertained and thought I got my money's worth.

you are right ..... fell completely flat and was frankly offensively unfunny. (and i am a fan of the first) ... wife and i almost walked out.

I liked PP2 but I didn't think it had the re-wachability of PP1. If I need to get my PP fix in, I will watch 1 every time.
