It's 28 degrees and there are two feet of snow on the ground. I'm fine where I am. Maybe you're the one who needs to get out more if you wholeheartedly wish for the failure of an individual player "off the field"

Dupre was a true freshman. Of course he's not super physical or strong yet.

Good god people.

So I doubt we will be over 300 pass attempts on the season

Yepp we don't have the tempo on offense to get that many throws off

What he says is fact... Without quality QB play, LSU'S WR's will be unproven and hard to evaluate.... Is the Talent there??? I guess. BUT.............

Tell that to the 11 LSU WRs that were selected as draft picks. Someone certainly was able to evaluate them.

How was the QB play for Lafell, Randle, and Shepard? Hell, James Wright never even saw the field.

You're right. Past results are the worst predictor of future results.

Upchurch is also a physical beast. Could see him moved to H-back. Ferguson's upside is ridiculous as well. I do think the group is the most talented on paper. Now we just need a QB that's talented through the air.

The potential is there, but they still have to catch the easy ones. Our qb play sucked, but the wrs need to do their part as well.

People were saying this guy was tearing it up. He had 5 catches. He's basically on par with his LSU career numbers.

yet here you are, day after day, trying to convince the rest of us that Jennings will somehow become our savior at QB.

You're on record as having wished Jennings failure in his personal life. As such I have no intention of discussing this topic further with you.

As for WRs, we've been putting them into the NFL consistently for 20 years.

LOL.

I can make up things too chile.

"LSU has had no problems with its offense in Miles' tenure."

See how easy that was?

I'll take Treadwell (healthy) and Vandy's receivers over LSU's. LSU has a lot of young talent, but none of them have proven they can perform at a high level. Dural would be there except for his extensive troubles getting off the line. Quinn couldn't catch a cold; Dupre had problems getting off the line, also; Diarse is easy to cover in man because he's neither fast nor quick; and none of them are above average with the ball in their hands (and that's not going away, BTW).

If I had my way, Dural and TJ would get the most looks, followed by Dupre and Quinn.

Quinn just has to go out and get the ball more instead of waiting for it to get to him (then dropping a fair amount of them). Quinn is not a downfield threat and he's not much a possession receiver yet. Don't know where he fits in this offense.

Diarse I would love to see get many more looks but for some reason Cam refuses to use him much.

Probably... But who's going to actually throw the ball to them?
