Bookshelf speaker mounts suggestions?

So I have some infinity Beta 20s as part of my 3.1 setup right now. Currently they sit on either side of my TV on the TV console. I'm looking to clean up the look and mount them on the wall.
What kind of wall mounts do yall suggest? They weigh 20.7 lbs and the rounded up dimensions are 14x9x13. No mounting brackets.
I'm considering the Pinpoint AM-41:

I assume those things have a port on back?
Also, the highs should be at ear level.
