Opening this Monday, with the first week being dinner only, open for lunch the following week.

Damn right. That building was a shithole. They will continue doing well. I'll still frequent Saigon over this location

I went to their soft opening and they fired on all cylinders. The food was spot on and the service couldn't have been better, the restaurant being a beautiful piece of art. They're serving dinner only this week during their opening while they get their feet on the ground, then open all day beginning next week. They've everything you'd want in a Vietnamese menu with an extensive beer and wine list, including sake.
I wish them continued success and will be back when in Lafayette.
