Street Breads - New BR Location

I heard they were opening a second location in BR with a bigger menu. Has anyone heard where it's gonna go?

Nope. Never eaten at their first location. How is it? I've honestly never had the desire to try it. If I'm in that area, I generally just go to City Pork or Chelsea's.

Stick with those options. Streetbreads is good, but I find their portions to be small for the price they charge.

I tried Street Breads 3 times within their first month here, mainly because everyone raved about it.
The first two sandwiches I had were meh, and the 3rd was pretty good.
I have never been back for the same reason you express. I can't pass up Chelsea's, City Pork, Rama, or DiGuilio's if I'm eating over there.

I've never had Rama or DiGuilio's either.

Agreed. I've always enjoyed the taste, but I leave still hungry.

that's astounding, you're BR's biggest cheerleader here I feel like
(Not meant to be a swipe at you)

Absolutely. Both are great.
That chicken coconut soup at Rama

Rama is always closed when I try to go. I can't go there with my SO, regardless, because she's allergic to most every ingredient they use (especially soy, sesame, and peanuts).
As for DeGuilio Bros, I've tried to convince her to go there a few times, but we've ended up going elsewhere. I'll certainly keep trying. We just don't eat out very often as she prefers to takeout and eat at home, she has lots of food allergies, and she's picky to boot.

This comes as a huge surprise, as their overpass location is usually a ghost town.

It's a solid sandwich place. The portions aren't huge but I usually get soup or hummus as well as a sandwich. The Mexico City is my favorite. The food has always been great to me. I go there and city pork a lot. Chelsea's takes too long for lunch.

We used to get Street Breads all the time (back when my wife was working nights at OLOL), but we haven't been there lately. I never left hungry.
Oh and DiGuilio's is one of the best places in B.R. You have to go. Not that cuckoo about Rama, I prefer Thai Pepper.

Love their food and I don't mind the portion sizes. Great for when I need to go back to the office and actually do work as opposed to slipping into a food coma.
