Or are there other options, have a 12 ga gun (that was the only one rescued after the tragic boating accident) that I shoot a fair amount of skeet and sporting clays w/. Want to put a new recoil pad on it and want opinions on Limbsaver vs pachmyer. I have a pachmyer on another gun and am happy w/ it but should I look at limbsaver? Or are there other options. TIA

I love limbsaver but have never used a pachmyer so I can not compare. Limbsaver recently came out with a new line that is suppose to be even better??

i have one on my sbe I to adjust for lop and it has been fine. i find that i get a much quicker follow up shot on the high brass loads/buckshot with it.
i also put one on mack jr #1's shotgun to adjust the lop and have had no problems with it as well.

12 ga OU for new pad
I have kick off on my beretta and it tames 3" loads to low brass. I dont shoot much skeet/clays w auto tho I like the OU for that

I have kick-eez pads on my o/u and i really like it. Cant feel a thing after 2 rounds of sporting clays. Dont have anything to compare it to though.

pachmyer decelerator

but one slightly oversized and when you grind it down for the custom fit it becomes softer , less felt recoil
