Hugh Jackman made this type of routine famous for his recent Wolverine role (and intermittent fasting in general) Very interesting read if youre interested.

and the trainer he used for this movie was busted for selling anabolic steroids. Let's not suck off fasting based on Jackman's results.

PES Select protein
AEN Intrabolic intra-workout
C4 Pre workout
Fish oil
Multi vitamin

I just finished my C4 so I decided to go through my bodybuilding.com sample ziploc of pre workouts. So far I've used Neon Jolt, Craze, 1MR Vortex. Jolt was actually really good, Craze tastes like arse, 1MR Vortex was good but almost felt like too much...that stuff had my ears burning. Up next is Liftag Sport U Lift.

I enjoy my only eating meals between a 6-8 hour window each day.

Also not eating my first meal until post workout helps too.
I read just this week that each of those strategies improves fat-burning during workouts.

ETA: Just curious, why do so many people take fish oil supplements? For omega-3s?

Absolutely. Not implying that intermittent fasting was the sole reason of his results, obviously he put on a shite ton of muscle for that role and lifting accordingly. Steroids or not, a person puts a TON of effort into getting into that good of shape.
