What supplements are you currently using?

Monster Ultra (White) for a pre.
Lots of chicken, veggies and brown rice for a post. Not a big fan of supplements but to each his own. PS-Keep the Workout threads coming

I don't take much...some acetyl-l carnatine, fish oil, some eldeberry syrup and thats really about it.

Caffeine pre-workout and a shite ton of hard work.

Neon volt pre workout.
Muscle pharm creatine and BCAAs
Fish oil
And I'm in the process of switching proteins but it's generally whey based

Diet is lots of fresh fruit and veggies, salads with low fat dressing, raw nuts, grilled chicken and fish.
Little to no wasted calories.

holy heck this stuff f'd my world up one day. I don't know how people handle stimulants like that when they are working out. I was more focused on keeping my heart in my chest than actually lifting.

Straight food homey. Occasional Myoplex RTD when I dont have anything already cooked postworkout but that's it.

158lbs
consuming about 160-180grams protein daily
62% of my diet is protein.

Youre right on the threshold with protein. 1 gram per lb is about right.

This needs to be altered but it kinda goes back to the discussion in the other thread about bumping up the carbs/fat to give you more total calories in a 24 period overall.
