great coaching or great recruiting. I think great players produce great coaching,but great coaches can do just so much with mediocre talent.

How good is the great coach recruiting? Because great coaching and 3-4 stars beats bad caching with five stars but at some point the talent gap is just too big. Urban Meyer aint beating Bama with Northwestern players.
