Ichiban. Geisha is trashy.

Well then, I will spoil the voting...

FYI - Ichiban > Geisha

If you really like raw fish with minimum sauce they do a really good job, I would say no one comes close. They have plenty of rolls with sauces, they are as good as the other top tier places in this regard...

I don't know what Geisha is but I prefer Sushi Yama first then Ichiban. Yama is the tits as you can see.

It is in Denham in the strip mall near Bass Pro, it is decent but far from great. Their raw selections are really limited...

Ichiban.

Yama has better food (not by much at all, except the rolls) but I think the atmosphere, compared to ichiban, is terrible. This will especially be true on a Friday night. Yama is basically just one big, loud room and thats it. There is nothing to break up the room at all and it will be filled with a ton of loud families (that always all seem to know each other) that all sit around and bullshite across the restaurant. Tables of high school kids that have shite for manners. And the occasional two top or four top that is just trying to have a nice meal.

If its just you and a coworker, go to Ichiban. They have a nice bar you can have a drink at if there is a wait and the place is much better set up for a dinner with another person or couple. The food is also really good

Ichiban has higher quality cream cheese.

Yama is the best, but I drop over $100 every time I go there. It's super-expensive. Of the two mentioned in the OP, Ichiban gets the nod.

Never tried Geisha but the last time I went to Ichiban it was a real disappointment. I had not been since the renovation and it was nothing like I remembered. Service was horrible, rolls were smaller, and literally the worst calamari I have ever had.

Yama is where it is at, by the way. Around the corner from Ichiban and infinitely better.

Sushi Yama is my favorite, but Ichiban is a very close second. As for Geisha, I thought the one time we went, it was terrible, and also this:

Fish looks great. I don't like avocado, though.
