Which do you prefer?

I prefer a good Buillabaisse over the tomato overpowering Courtbouillon.

Give me a properly made courtbouillion any day. Not an acidic, canned tomato version...a smooth, delicious, made w/actual redfish one.

Couvion. Unless it's going up against Cory Bahr's North Delta Bouillabaisse. The later being the best seafood dish in Louisiana.
