brokerage investments review

This is my emergency fund. How do the MT gurus feel about how i have this set up? Any advise is appreciated. I pay zero commissions on all of these.
USMV Low volatility equity etf- 60%
GOVT broad us bond etf - 20%
RING gold mining firms etf- 10%
FHLC Fidelity healthcare etf- 10%

Just my opinion..
Low volatility doesn't mean no volatility. I guess this just depends on how much is actually saved up in this fund and what your individual needs are.

just an opinion...
* USMV: looks intersting..morningstar says 'For example, when the MSCI USA Index was down 37% in 2008, the MSCI USA Minimum Volatility Index was down only 26%. However, in 2013, the market returned 33% while the fund posted a 25% return'. looks reasonable based on your objective
* bonds: you have possibility of significant loss if rates rise, but no chance of gain since they're so low already...I'm at and have always been at 0..too much risk for too little return..don't see the point of them really
* gold: pure speculation, not an investment...never had it...
* FHLC: looks OK...I think health care has become a right and they have millions of new customers from obamacare...they'll make zillions
but on the other hand.....
