Skype Question: Can viewers on the other end see my powerpoint and me?

If I am Skyping with another party, is there a way for them to see my powerpoint presentation and me, while I present it.
I know there is screen share, but I think when that is in use the other party is unable to see me.
Anyone have any ideas?

Seems like if the company hiring you was that worried about it they would either know how Skype works or use a different program.

Can you run Skype and gotomeeting at the same time in separate windows?
